Mr. Toni Azzi, a Nationally Qualified Multilingual Physiotherapist, licensed & registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, is the founder, president and director of the clinic since 1995 as well as a certified Matheson Functional Capacity Evaluator. His physiotherapy center in Ottawa has been providing physiotherapy & acupuncture treatments to a large number of patients since 1995. He has also been performing Independent Physiotherapy Examinations, Paper Reviews, File Reviews, Rebuttal Assessments & Functional Capacity / Ability Evaluations since 1998 for WSIB, AUTO & LTD Insurers as well as multiple Government Departments, Employers, Lawyers, Physicians, Insurance & Rehab companies in Ontario & Quebec. He is also a professor at a couple of Colleges teaching in the Physiotherapy Assistant Program.
