After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored. Best meal I've ever had in Ottawa, all of our food was excellent and the service was wonderful. Our waitress was Ashley and she was amazing. Great atmosphere, lots of tv's as well. And the bathrooms are beautiful! (and spotless) We will definitely be back, highly recommend!
