The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. They carry an impressive selection of professional thank you cards and a whole host of other social stationery to meet every need you may have. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Port Coquitlam Bowl was built in 1950 by the Beattie and Froland families. The Bowling Centre was purchased by the Madaski family in 1958 and remains in the family to this day. The current owner is Brian Madaski.The original Bowling Centre was just six lanes. In 1963, four more lanes were added, and in 1968 another four were added. Today, we have 14 lanes available to bowl on.Automatic scoring was implemented in 1991 and has kept Port Coquitlam Bowl modern while keeping old-style charm.
