Last Aug 2025 I applied for the MAiD program because I was in such sever pain that I was unable to handle anymore. I was taking pain medication every hour not the 4 hours which was recommend. We thought we had to buy a new dishwasher ... After the installation of a granite counter top, side mount screws were used to replace the top mount screw to re secure the dishwasher. This distorted its frame, the door did not close properly, and we experienced off-and-on starting problems which we thought to be caused by its electronics. Tony recognized the problem, removed the side mount screws, - and saved us a lot of money! Very professional approach, we would recommend him anytime!

My mom was having some health issues and kept telling me she could smell gas downstairs. I called the landlord to let her know and explained I was going to call Aslan to come and check it out. The technician arrived rather quickly and discovered the hot water tank was vented back into the house and had a bit of a leak. He corrected the venting and fixed the leak. He was polite, prompt and respectful of my mom's health. She is doing much better and no longer can smell gas, I will use again
