I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful

My 2004 sti has been serviced at Classified multiple times; every experience being a positive one. They do honest work at affordable pricing. It doesnt matter if you drive a 1991 Toyota Corolla, they are happy to work on it.

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

Shirley is not only an excellent graphic designer but she provides first rate service at extremely reasonable prices. We have just started working with her company, but the first project was a complete redesign of our brochure which took many phone calls, emails and remote sessions. Shirley was was up to whatever was asked and always kept a positive attitude throughout this somewhat difficult process.
