I have sent both of my children to this school; my eldest attended from grades 3-5 and my youngest attended from CASA PS-SK. Both children greatly benefitted from the warmth of the teachers, the principal and the rest of the school community. Their academics improved greatly. Since leaving BMS my children often speak of fond memories of their time there. Our Programs include:
1. Tutoring – Ontario Certified Teachers focus on English/Math/Science classes. Initial individual assessments are given to all students and lessons are planned in accordance with the Ontario Curriculum Standards.
2. Before & After School Program - We pick-up and drop-off students from neighbouring schools and offer a healthy p.m. snack. Children receive daily academic activities, homework assistance, technology and arts & crafts.
3. Jumpstart - Preschool classes are offered daily to prepare children for Kindergarten. We focus on the development of academic, communication, classroom and social skills.
4. Camps - Educational and fun activities offered for March and summer break. Workshops, daily outdoor play, pizza Fridays and weekly field trips are all part of the camp experience.
