I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. I was so impressed with the service we received from this company. Had cables replaced but they noticed a few other things that needed addressing. The bottom of the door was bent on both sides and they fixed them free of charge and educated me on basic maintenance so I could get a bit more life out of my old doors.
