Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Just wanted to pass along a thank you to the wonderful staff at Action Plus. I had started a list at my desk for tasks for a student to do. On the list was Clean out microwave and Clean boot area. When I came in this morning I noticed a note from our action plus cleaning staff saying that they had cleaned the boot area. We had to complete some major renovations to enable us to move my in-laws into our home. Renovations included conversion of two bedrooms into one larger room, converting our bathroom with tub to a walk in shower and to take approximately 30% of our unfinished basement, and build a media room and full bathroom.
After researching multiple vendors and receiving multiple quotes, we selected ROI Reno’s. They did an excellent job and we love our new renovations. We highly recommend them to anyone!
