While medicine widely acknowledges that symptoms are related to prolonged inflammation in the body, what is not commonly examined is the correlation between how diet and stress contribute to this inflammation.
Pain Free Happy Life provides educational sessions to help people develop a greater awareness around how habits around diet that we're mostly unaware of lead to the inflammation and corresponding symptoms we commonly face.
With this new awareness, participants are introduced to a methodology of how to address health concerns naturally (without side effects) at the root-cause level as a possible alternative option to having to go the route of chemical medication or surgery.

How about a history lesson on our stores and owners? Don't worry, there won't be a test afterwards, or at least it won't be a tough one. Paul Lynn Paul Williams and Lynn Kanuka opened their first store in White Rock back in 1996 after they had retired from competitive running and representing Canada on the international stage. Both had very successful careers. Lynn won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in 1986, a bronze medal at the Los Angeles Olympics in 1984, finished first in the Fifth Avenue Mile in New York in 1985, won a bronze medal at the Cross Country Championships in 1989 and won the Vancouver Sun Run three times. Paul won a gold medal at the Seattle Goodwill Games, a bronze medal at the New Zealand Commonwealth Games, both in 1990, and he won The Vancouver Sun run in 1988 and 1992. He attended three Olympic Games, representing Canada in 5000 and 10,000 metre track events. Easy to see why after their racing careers they decided to open a store focused on running. Peninsula Runners wants to be the number one source for footwear and athletic equipment as well as give customers terrific service. At Peninsula runners we have dedicated staff that will pass along to you the extensive knowledge they have learned about running and fitness over the years. But as Paul recently said was the number one reason for opening Peninsula Runners, aside from looking for the perfect recipe for pecan pie, they wanted to help make that community the fittest community in Canada. In 2001 Peninsula Runners opened a second store in the Walnut Grove area of Langley. Paul teamed up with Philip Ellis, a former 28 minute 10 km runner and also the 1991 Sun Run champion, to open this store with the same goal in mind. We positioned the store in an easy location to get to and more importantly a great area for running clinics to be run from. In the spring of 2004 the Victoria location of Peninsula Runners opened with Dave Milne, one of Canada's best steeplechase runners, teaming up with us to provide Victoria with our top class service and expertise. Situated close to University of Victoria at Shelbourne Plaza it is great place to run from and easy to get to. Most recently, the Abbotsford location of Peninsula Runners opened in February 2010 with Paul and Phil carrying on the PenRun tradition of quality service and best prices.
Pet Food 'N More has maintained a simple yet effective standard which includes three core values: to always put the well-being of your companion animal first, to provide you with exceptional customer service, and to be honest.
Pet Food 'N More promotes that all companion animals deserve loving homes from birth and should never be treated as inventory. Through this decision, helping local animal shelters became a vital part of daily operations. Throughout the years, the retail industry has seen many changes including, in some cases, the demise of 'real customer service.' However, customers like you have come to expect 'More' from Pet Food 'N More because the service you receive has remained consistent. From the early days of two young brothers striving to provide something 'More,' to the more than 75 associates we now have to serve you, our picture of customer service has remained the same. Pet Food 'N More has maintained a simple yet effective standard which includes three core values: to always put the well-being of your companion animal first, to provide you with exceptional customer service, and to be honest.
