I am a fully independent travel agent, licensed through Travelonly. After having my own destination wedding in the Mayan Riviera, and gathering families and friends for group vacations, I decided it was time for a career change and became a full time agent.
With two beautiful and energetic daughters, I am familiar with all the tricks in the book for traveling with children. We are a located out of Bear Creek park in the north end of Surrey B.C. Lower mainland teams are located as far west as Richmond and Vancouver east to Aldergrove. As well there are teams located from Coquitlam down to South Delta and Tsswassen. Games are mostly Sundays with the occasional mid-week game at night and practices are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The season starts the beginning of July and runs through to mid-November with playoffs going into early December. North Surrey football has football teams at all levels of minor football. These start at the flag level (ages 6-7) where the kids play a nine man non contact ball. Next we have Atom (ages 8-9) where the kids play full contact ball but again with only nine players on the field. From there the kids play the full 12 man ball from Peewee (ages 10-11), Junior Bantam (ages 12-13), Bantam (ages 14-15) up to and including Midget (ages 16-18). As well we have an excellent cheerleading program the also involves kids from the ages of six up to eighteen. These are grouped into ages of Atom (6-8 year olds), Peewee (9-11 year olds), Jr. Bantam (12-14 year olds) and Seniors (15-18 year olds). The executive of the club is elected once a year during the annual general meeting and other positions on the board are appointed. Open Door is a non-denominational Christian church uniting people from diverse spiritual and cultural backgrounds into a loving, growing church family. Everyone is welcome! Open Door began with a unique vision only a few years ago, when our founders saw a need in Ridge Meadows for spiritual growth, stronger community and service for those in need. We believe that our church, at God's direction, can be this community impacting beacon in Ridge Meadows. As a non-denominational church plant with a vision for community, we're not your typical neighborhood church. We're dedicated to exploring God's love through genuine relationships as a family. This happens in the church and in the community, and so we also follow God's call and explore God's love by being engaged in our community through actions of God's graciousness and love. As Jesus charged us, they will know who you are by your love! (John 13).

Educating ourselves about the Aging ProcessWritten by Shelley Brierley Saturday, 15 July 2000Where are you in the Aging Process? We are all aging. The only real question is what stage are you currently experiencing? There are five components to consider in the aging process; chronological age, physical makeup or wellness, basic personality, spiritual health and cultural influence.Generally, in this culture, aging refers to people in their elder years, as if they are the only ones aging. What is being referred to as the aging process is the normative developmental changes over a life span. In childhood, we learn the security of dependence and socialization. During youth, we experience an introspective, egocentric time and develop our sense of identity through relationships, skills, knowledge, physicality and independence. Young Adulthood is where we cement our identity, develop beliefs, friends, families and/or career. Adulthood is the 'sandwich generation' for many North Americans raising children and supporting the elderly while often handling careers
