The Tots Town Children Centre in Nanaimo offers part-time and full-time daycare and child care services for children ages 30 months to eight years. One of our programs specifically helps prepare preschoolers for kindergarten by allowing the kids free play within an environment designed to develop their social, intellectual, small and large motor skills. Daycare is a longer program with lunch times, quiet times and age-appropriate activity times. We have three staff members supervising approximately 20 children.

The Tiddlycove program also incorporates other educational styles that directly complement the Montessori philosophy, such as the Orton-Gillingham technique used to teach young children the phonetic foundations of the alphabet.
