DeRosa Automotive is first and foremost a family oriented business. Established in 1978, son in-law Ryan is now a key player in the day to day operation and is always available for face to face contact with our clients. We distinguish ourselves from the dealerships and all other shops by treating our customers as friends and family. We are a BCAA and Government Inspection approved facility. We are a small family-run business that sells new & used hot tubs at discounted prices. We sell many brand names, and can offer over 200 models to choose from, ranging from cheap to extravagant. Be warned, this isn't a typical hot tub store! Some of the 30+ "floor-models" are displayed outdoors in a unique outdoor showroom, many of them shrink-wrapped on pallets. We meet with clients by appointment to help them figure out what brands and models are best suited for their particular needs, tastes & budget. The owner/salesman is a certified master technician. Over more than 16 years, he's had hands-on experience with all the brand names, so he probably knows more about hot tubs than any other hot tub salesman in BC. With fewer clients than a big store, we care more and can offer better customer service than a typical retail store.
