The CDI College Richmond campus is located at 180-4351 No 3 Road in the heart of beautiful Richmond, British Columbia. GLEN EDEN was founded by Dr. F. V. Brennan in 1984 as a day treatment program that included educational instruction for children and youth with various combinations of neurological and neuropsychiatric problems, physical and mental developmental delays, extreme emotional disabilities, autistic features and learning disabilities.

In 1972 Mabel Dunham of Burnaby received her Bachelor of Education and Adult Education diploma at UBC; she was over sixty years of age at the time. Convinced other people her age would also be interested in furthering their education it became Mabel's mission to structure a self-help college.
