Treat customers and co-workers like family and friends (some of them are). FlavouR Okay, that one's a stretch. But Jim is all about flavours. Unexpected, sublime, wonderful flavours. Like the melt-in-your-mouth Kobe beef in the Ultimate Kobe Classic. Jim's all about flavour. R philosophy Eat good food. Keep it fresh. Keep it simple. Be creative. Let seasons and farmers be our guide. Be good to the planet, and all who are on it. Laugh. Share. Do what you do best: with us, it's burgers.

The selections change constantly, making it almost impossible to have the same Salt experience twice.
You have to remember when going here that this is a wine tasting room, not a place to have dinner. The wine list is imaginative and approachable. The service on a good night is excellent, on a bad night is so-so, but the staff have always been very helpful with the wine choices, pairings, and flight recommendations. The food is charcuterie, not full meals. Use this place to meet up for a pre-dinner drink, or to end off the night with some wine appreciation. Read more
