I offer psychotherapy for people who want to increase self-understanding, meaning, and balance in their lives. If you are living with grief, trauma, depression, or anxiety, or even if you just feel stuck, we can work together to build your resilience and plan how to bring into your life more of what makes you happy.
I am an experienced relational psychotherapist. My aim is to help clients find and make use of their own resilience in the pursuit of a more satisfactory life. I see individual adults and couples.
My consulting rooms are in downtown Toronto and mid-town Toronto. I also offer online therapy.
Currently, all sessions are online due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Clients seek help from me for a range of reasons: stress, anxiety, panic or burnout; depression, a sense of being ungrounded or isolated; insomnia; addiction and/or compulsive behaviours (including disordered eating and self-harm); significant life-change or transition; and relationship/identity issues (personal, professional, cultural), and impostor syndrome: the feeling that you are always pretending or hiding behind various masks.
