Art Therapy with us is a warm, welcoming and effective experience suitable for all ages. It makes challenging topics easier to talk about, provides an outlet for distressing emotions and can help increase confidence, curb anxiety, and break self-destructive behaviour. It can also be a lot of fun! Our time together will relieve stress, heals old wounds, uncover hidden strengths, and transform your current situation.

The gallery's director, Richard Kroeker has over seventeen years experience in the field of Inuit and contemporary art. Richard has been involved with Winnipeg Art Gallery in the past as a tour guide specializing in Inuit Art. He has also traveled in the arctic to numerous communities including Baker Lake, Arviat, Repulse Bay and many others.
