I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Such wonderful dentists!So patient and understanding of our son's fears from past experiences. Every single staff member is welcoming and kind. They do excellent dentistry and only recommend what is required. They won't try to make you spend a bunch of money uneccessarily. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

My whole family has been first with Dr. Barrigar and then with Dr. Vanderfluit for many years. The service has been fantastic. Our daughter had developed auto-immune about 13 years ago and not only was this correctly diagnosed by Dr. Barrigar but she was also swiftly referred to the leading doctor at the Vancouver Hospital. Unlike other companies, this company gives you a package deal or if they can do things/treatments together, they will not charge you extra. Dr. Rea and his team were fantastic start to finish. I had an extensive upper and lower jaw surgery to fix a narrow palette/twisted cross bite. The results have been amazing, and every dentist/orthodontist I have been to since has commented on how good the results have been.
