I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year).

Just want to say that Dr. Kwong has done an outstanding job with my dental work. I live in Richmond BC and have gone to several dentists, but the crown and implant surgery Tony did for me was amazing - virtually painless, professional, and it all looks and feels great. (I can bite and chew better than ever).
Parking costs if you park at the back, but there is no charge if you take one of the two spots directly in front of the office. The staff are so nice as well.

My Travel Scoot scooter is now almost 7 years old, and has been in 11 countries, 6 airlines, 2 cruise ships. It has been wonderful to have such reliable transportation, and gives me so much freedom to 'walk' almost everywhere. Having had polio at a young age, my Travel Scooter is a great way to be mobile.

I had my first visit to the office and I was so impressed! The staff are so friendly and the house has such a warm energy! The Hygienist is top notch. Dr.Mcmillan and his assistant were top notch and made me feel very comfortable and he answered all of my questions. I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.

Overall I highly recommended Dr. Li for general dentistry, and orthodontic work. Dr. Li has been taking care of my brother and I for the last 10+ years. He has always been patient with us and understanding as we take the time to commute from Coquitlam. I have never felt rushed when being seen here, and always have my questions and concerns answered before I leave. I've always appreciated Dr. Li's attention to detail towards any dental work, as well as his emphasis on patient aftercare.
