At Keys Piano Lessons, I offer private and group piano lessons in Nobleton, Ontario. Music and teaching have been the main threads in my life since I was a teenager. In pursuit of being the best musician and teacher that I can be, over the years I have: completed a Bachelor of Music (First Class Honours - Brock University) received certification as an Orff pedagogy specialist (RCM) studied Early Childhood Education (Ryerson Polytechnical Institute) been accepted as a member of ORMTA (the Ontario Registered Music Teachers' Association) completed the first level Music for Young Children teaching training seminar Every year I attend numerous workshops to enhance my own knowledge about the many aspects of music and/or music education. These include Music for Young Children courses, ORMTA seminars, Orff workshops and any other bits of education that spark my interest. We have been playing together in church since Briana and Alec were 12 and 9 respectively. Our work is a passion we are fortunate to be able to follow.The instruments on our songs are envisioned by Alec, while Janna creates the vocals. We take the time to create alone, then meet when we each have a concept. Our ideas have come together in the form of these CDs.
