At this Studio Tai Chi Chuan or Taijiquan follows the Principles, Classics, Philosophy, Treatise, and old Adages and learns to apply them in practice. Tai Chi Chuan is described by Chen Man-Ch'ing (Zhengmanqing) as "self-cultivation or hygiene, a system of principles for preserving health." Taijiquan is not just movements.
