I also understand the importance of relaxation and restorative massage treatments in today's highly stressed society. For my personal health I participate in a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program as well as yoga several times a week. I also strongly believe in following a healthful diet while striving to lead as healthy and balanced a life as possible.
