In my 30 years of research on job satisfaction, personal growth, and career change with over 45,000 individuals, a pattern emerged. Individuals, who exhibited a Quester constellation of traits, were happier, healthier, and more successful than those who did not. They possessed that "extra something" that could get them through crises and transitions. These Quester qualities that enabled individuals to manage crises and transitions are common in very young children. Unfortunately, we tend to lose them as we age. The good news is, they can be "relearned." I wrote my award-winning, best seller, Questers Dare to Change Your Job and Life, to help you understand and manage the feelings that come from your quest for satisfaction and success - to help you understand change and empower yourself to manage changes occurring within and around you.
