The pastry chef, prepares his creams, sponges and tools, while his table gets lined up with cakes to mount and decorate. His assistant, starts filling, piping and portioning the pastries. The stoves get crammed with tomato sauce as the cooks prep the take-out, salads and sandwiches. Meats are roasted to perfection and the air receives the classic smell of an Italian grandmother's kitchen. The doors are opened and the day continues. Highlighted by a great team, the customers get greeted with smiles and the aroma of freshly baked goods.
