He got to my place at the beginning of the 1/2 hr range he said he would and proceeded to work on and clear my plugged toilet. He was the only one who answered his own phone and could tell me what part of the day he could get to my place. The rest I had to leave a message or fill out a form and they would get back to me at some point of the day. I definitely recommend him.
