Welcome to our Optician training and contact lens fitting website. We are Canada's first post-secondary facility providing instruction in these areas exclusively. The BC College of Optics, a private College, is unique. Founded in 1984, BC College of Optics gives British Columbians an opportunity to receive hands-on, in-house learning as an alternative to an existing distance-learning apprenticeship course or a two (2)-year Public College Diploma program.

At Britannia College, we have created a communications program that focuses on the basics of speaking in order to help you achieve your English goals. Classes that teach you accuracy, fluency, vocabulary and pronunciation have all been designed with one goal in mind – to make you the best English speaker you can be! With all these classes working together, the students will find their speaking skills improving much more quickly than they ever imagined.

GLEN EDEN was founded by Dr. F. V. Brennan in 1984 as a day treatment program that included educational instruction for children and youth with various combinations of neurological and neuropsychiatric problems, physical and mental developmental delays, extreme emotional disabilities, autistic features and learning disabilities.
