I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I found Physiocare at Nepean really helpful and the staff very understanding and supportive. I was impressed at the understand of my condition and the therapies he employed.
