NNMA was formed by a group of members who grew up in Mississauga and faced many adversities as youth and teens and found martial arts was a way in which they could build self-esteem and instill self confidence in themselves and others. Log PT is used to train virtually every special forces unit around the world, because it is a vastly superior means of building team cohesion.
