Fish Creek Psychology is an initiative established in 2014 by a group of experienced professionals who have provided assessment, consultation, and counselling services to children and youth with learning, emotional, and behavioural needs for many years. Our primary purpose is to provide information about an individual's learning and development to help them reach their potential and achieve success at home, at school and in the community.

I have learned a great deal in my 20 years as a Psychologist but one thing remains constant – I am honored to journey with people as they transform towards wellness, to offer compassionate presence and therapeutic knowing during times of struggle. I believe that people are both amazing and messy at the same time. My role is to meet people where they are so that we can find a way to live deeply in the “amazing” while easing the “messy.” I work with teens, adults, and couples and I have special interests in relationships, attachment, anxiety, trauma, sexuality, grief, and supporting families with ill or special needs children. I draw on several different approaches to therapy depending on what clients need. My work is particularly influenced by advanced training in Hakomi, a therapy approach that integrates cognitive, emotional, and physiological realms as sources of knowing.
