Redefine Fit is a Fitness and Wellness studio in Toronto. Specializing in pole fitness, pole dancing, birthday parties, bachelorette parties and more. We offer nutrition services by our nutritionist.
At our studio you will learn the proper technique and receive the highest level of instruction. We offer pole fitness, chair dance, yoga, partner yoga and kangoo jumps classes. Many of us would love to be more seductive, more empowered and confident. At Risque Fitness you will learn to do all of that while having a fun workout. We also offer personal training classes and bachelorette parties.
Mix Athletics Club is the future of sports and fitness training in Canada. The gym follows a trend popularized in Japan where members can improve their skills in various sports using equipment. Some examples are golf potting, table tennis, Olympic style wrestling, badminton, and calisthenics. The gym also houses weight lifting equipment (free weights), cardio equipment (treadmills, spin bikes and stretch partner) with several heavy bags.
Larry LeClair is an experienced and skilled Toronto-based Personal Trainer. He has been teaching fitness training to individuals and groups for over 20 years. Born and raised in Charlottetown, P.E.I., Canada, he has lived and worked in Toronto, Australia, Los Angeles, Germany, and Iraq.With the help of world-class coaches, trainers, and athletes Larry has gained valuable insight on how to motivate, educate, and inspire a lifelong journey of fitness and health. Unlike many Toronto Personal Trainers, Larry also has 12 years of experience in the Canadian Armed Forces as a United Nations Peacekeeper, a Special Forces Paratrooper, a Communications Expert, and a drill instructor.
