At Lindy Devine Counselling in Nanaimo, I have been working as a counsellor for 19 years with a focus on addiction and trauma issues. They often go hand-in-hand but not always. I completed the Somatic Experiencing professional training in 2004. Working with the wisdom of the body enhances positive outcomes that one cannot get from talk therapy alone. I am a contractor with the Responsible and Problem Gambling program and offer FREE gambling counselling to those impacted by gambling issues. A range of services are available including individual, couples, support group and day treatment.
