Fit Mind and Body with Sheri brings STOTT Pilates and ZUMBA classes to central London. Small classes and a non-competitve atmosphere makes you feel welcome and ensures that you receive individual attention - an especially important feature for customizing the Pilates experience to fit individual participant's postural issues and muscle imbalances. Sheri is an Ontario Certified Teacher and is a fully certified and insured instructor - your well-being motivates her to prepare her lessons and classes with clear objectives and care.
