Feeling those emotions fully will tell the nervous system that it no longer needs to signal the alarm bells in the brain. As a result, people tend to be calmer and more collected in otherwise triggering situations.
I start by helping you identify your triggers and anxiety symptoms, which are at the root of every mental-health issue and an obstacle to well-being. I also introduce Somatic relaxation techniques that induce a strong relaxation response in the body.
