We've planned hundreds of successful parties for young people and adults, for our own families and for others as caterers. And we know plenty about good food because we've got: years of professional catering experience, education in cooking, and experience in teaching cooking to young people. Both Marge and I love to create theme parties because they are so much fun. Once you have a theme everything else just follows from there.
