There had always been a small restaurant at the 'Corner' in Riverside Missouri, but before 1983 it had changed names and hands several times. Many of the locals wanted to see a return to the old style cafe that had existed there years before and was an icon of its time (Reese's Cafe).

Rhora's Nut Farm specializes in cultivating premium nut trees and seedlings, including heart nut, Carpathian walnut, hazelnut (filbert trees), chestnuts, and pecans, along with rare and unusual varieties. Their offerings extend to edible pine nut trees and specialized plantings like deer management and hybrid oaks.

Waldan Gardens was constructed in 1999. Before construction could begin, a modest plan for 6 hoop house had become obsolete and in its place a one acre gutter connected greenhouse, and 6000sq ft of warehouse were erected. Built on a foundation of quality and consistency we have grown the business to 4.5 acres to meet the increasing demand of customers.
