She is also a member of the Bellyfit development team. Leanne strives to make the studio a positive, healthy, community experience. She also greatly appreciates the diverse talent of her amazing instructors. Birgit Nilson has a diploma in Kinesiology and is a BCRPA registered Personal Trainer and Trainer of Fitness Leaders. She is also the owner of WorkWise Occupational Health Consulting. Having completed the Yogaworks teacher training in 2009, Toni is elated to be able to share all that she has learned with her students, and looks forward to exploring the transformative potential of the practice. She feels grateful to be given the opportunity to teach at Island Pilates and Fitness, and give back to this supportive and inspiring community. Edith Jacob has entertained many large crowds and small intimate gatherings in a variety of dance forms over the past 10 years: Middle Eastern, Gypsy, Flamenco and Dance theater.
