Embodied Energy has a separate washroom, change room and private shower room (fully equipped with towels, hair dryer and organic supplies), as well a private treatment room. We offer personal training, small group training, corrective exercise and holistic nutrition/lifestyle coaching, registered massage therapy, reiki, reflexology and hot stone massage. Our urban lounge area is used for initial consultations, nutrition & lifestyle coaching, small group seminars, etc. The studio maximizes the use of abundant natural lighting and 21 parking spots.
