The Royal St.John's Regatta Committee is pleased to announce that the Fall Chevron Learn to Row Program will commence this Monday, September 15, 2014 for a four week period, ending Thursday October 9. Coaching and a coxswain will be provided for the Youth Learn to Row (ages 10 - 17), while the Adult Learn to Row must provide their own coxswain. It is necessary that each crew have a team of 4 - 6 eligible rowers.
