This team installed exterior and interior glass railings in my house and from their first visit I felt like I picked the right company. I love this place! The staff are amazing, and make you feel SO comfortable. They make every effort to talk to you and explain things in detail if need be. The hygienists are all so gentle, you would never know they were cleaning while they do it. Very trendy location, and decor. Hopefully they get Wi-Fi sometime soon so you can use your phone to watch shows as an alternative to the great TV's they have for each patient room!

This hotel has a wonderful location and due to the shape many of the rooms have commanding views of Coal Harbour, the North Shore Mountains and the Vancouver skyline along the water. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed and they are so quiet too. We have stayed here on more than one occasion even though we live in the city! The rates can be a little steep at times but keep your eyes peeled for specials on the Internet. Either way, you'll be glad you stayed at the Pan Pacific!

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
