Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.

I recently celebrated my birthday at a restaurant, and I must say the server was outstanding - knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. The rest of the staff were equally friendly. We recently used LaPorte when moving from one home to another. The service was excellent - we used their packers for china, crystal, etc and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. They had a good sense of humor, which really helps during the stressful time of moving, but at the same time were professional and efficient. Great job all around.

Friendly courteous service. This was the first time we have shipped a parcel by Fed Ex. The people at the Packaging Depot were very friendly and helpful. They took care to understand my needs and offered various options with regard to shipping rates and speed of delivery. The location is very convenient and accessible with parking in the rear of the store.

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours.
