The Donnelly Group's flagship cocktail tavern boasts well-appointed, casually elegant design. The venue's focal point is an expansive, nine-foot-high red oak bar, well-stocked with innovative cocktail makings . Antique seltzer bottles, classic novels and assorted oddities sit behind glass, while the smooth black bartop is dimly lit by limited edition Art Deco-inspired pendant lamps. The extensive cocktail and beer selections are guaranteed to pique the interest of experienced imbibers and novices alike, while the boutique dining menu features contemporary and classic cuisine.

Restaurant and bar located directly underneath the Commodore Ballroom on the Granville strip. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30am to 2am with live music nights including Wednesdays with DJs Flip Out and Vinyl Ritchie.

Cinema is ideally situated on one of the busiest corners in the historic Theatre Row section of Granville Street. A large herringbone-pattern tile spans the floor, leading to walls finished with brushed granite oak. The busy dining room, well lit by custom chandeliers, serves modern pub food, while the bar side has a mirrored drop ceiling and re-purposed desk lamps, achieving a cool, low-light atmosphere. Guests can select favourites from the jukebox while they play pinball or shuffleboard, or simply enjoy craft beer and cocktails at their leisure. In 1995, when we first took hold of our historic Gastown brewpub location, we discovered that the building had a rare steam heat system. A remnant from forward thinkers of a century past.

Moose's is owned by Corina Aquino an expat from Perth, Western Australia. I opened Moose's down under to share the unique Australian experience. I am proud to bring a little bit of home to Vancouver.
