How we Travel: We travel in well appointed, air conditioned vans and highway coaches, depending on group size. All of our vehicles are licensed by the British Columbia Motor Carrier Commission and as such are subject to regular safety inspections. Your safety and comfort is our Number One concern. Mural Tours are conducted aboard horse drawn trolleys or carriages, or the famous Chemainus Steam Train. Booking: Advance booking of at least 24 hours is required for all of our Sightseeing tours. Note that most of these packages have a minimum requirement of four. Group bookings of 10 and over for the Chemainus Mural Tours also requires 24 hour advance notice. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due upon completion of the tour. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure date you will receive a full refund. Within a period of 8 to 29 days prior to departure date 50% of the required deposit will be refunded. There will be NO refund if the tour is canceled within 7 days of the departure date. Canceled Trips: If Chemainus Tours is required to cancel a tour because of unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment numbers, 7 days notice of such cancellation will be given and a full refund issued. We will endeavor to fill your vacation need with an alternate tour.
