I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. I found this company through a groupon / online coupon for a furnace servicing. They were easy to schedule, came on time, serviced my furnace and were not pushy about upselling to other services. I had 'Ali' and he was polite, knowledgeable and very nice. It's great to get a deal with a Groupon, but it's better when you don't feel like they are treating you like less of a customer. I'll be replacing a furnace soon and will definitely give them a call again!

Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage.
