Mississauga Bujinkan Dojo, located in Mississauga, Ontario is a small, non-commercial Bujinkan dojo. We get together to train twice per week. Experienced Bujinkan practitioners and new students interested in starting out are always welcome to join us.
We provide a safe, friendly and non-competitive environment in which students are treated as individuals and allowed to progress at their own pace.
Both men and women are welcome. The minimum age for training is 18 years, but exceptions will be made for people as young as 15 provided they are physically, mentally and emotionally mature enough to handle the training and the class environment.
Since 2008, Next Level Performance Training has been the leader in athletic development and strength and conditioning in the Waterloo Region. Over the years we have worked with over 150 local sports teams and have trained dozens of elite athletes from the CHL, NCAA, National and Provincial Teams, and professional ranks. Rather than conducting group-based training sessions, our approach is highly individualized to the needs of each athlete by taking their age, sport, injury history, and abilities into consideration. Along with designing safe and effective training programs, we also strive to create an intense, hard-working training environment where serious athletes can thrive and realize their true potential.
